Mark received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law with a focus in Intellectual Property. His practice centers on copyright and trademark law, content and media licensing, and legal issues in the entertainment and new media industries. While in law school, he sat for two years as president of the Entertainment and Sports Law Association and was an active board member for the Moot Court Board. Prior to opening his practice, Mark interned at both Starbucks and Corbis Corporations, and worked as a legal assistant with Demand Media, Inc.
Mark received his undergraduate degree from Sonoma State University, graduating with a major in philosophy and a minor in recording arts.
